Zelnik & Company welcomes Peter J. Cirlin as its new Senior Managing Director where he will bring a wealth of experience to the firm. Peter’s primary focus will be to expand the company’s tenant representation business in addition to his work on behalf of Landlord’s throughout the Metropolitan area.
Peter Cirlin has been involved in the commercial real estate business in the Tri-State area for more than twenty years. During his career he largely served as a tenant representative serving the needs of some of the countries more successful retailers and well known brands, including Staples, The Home Depot, AC Moore & Ruby Tuesday.
Peter was responsible for the first Home Depot in Manhattan and for that achievement he won the Real Estate Board of New York’s Deal of the Year Award in 2003. Peter also managed the roll out and expansion for Staples Inc. in the Tri-State area from 1990-2005.
